hanks to Charnbumn from Permit Works, we came up with the perfect design for my unfinished basement which is huge. The whole process was smooth and Charnbumn was super responsive and patient with my questions and making changes on the design going through several rounds until I was 100% satisfied with the floor-plan and all the details. After that, Permit Works did all the paper work and follow-up with the City to obtain the permit and kept me up-to-date during that process.

Kelvin and his team at Permit Works were amazing to work with. I had numerous follow-ups, questions, design changes and each time they dealt with me courteously and professionally. My jurisdiction the Town of Whitby had also dealt with them several times and spoke very highly of them.
