At Permit Works, we offer a range of professional drafting services including residential drawings, commercial drawings, construction drawings, and more. Our experienced team ensures high-quality and accurate drafting to meet your project requirements with the measurement you provided us.

This service is a separate service from our building permit service. Therefore our drawings is only for design intention and not for building permit application.

To request professional drafting services at Permit Works, simply contact us through our website or give us a call. Our team will guide you through the process, discuss your project requirements, and provide you with a customized solution tailored to your needs.

We offer 3 drawings revisions to our drafting service and the scope of work must remain the same. If additional scopes of work is added during the drafting process, additional fee may arise.

At Permit Works, our drawings are crafted for design purposes only and are not intended for building permit applications. You are free to use our drawings as you deem fit, but please be aware that our drafting service does not include a building code compliance review. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the designs will meet local building codes. If you need drawings for a building permit, we recommend consulting with a licensed professional who can ensure that your design complies with the necessary regulations.

Our retainer fee is 80% of the total fee as per our fee and service agreement that is provided to you. You will pay the remaining 20% upon the drawings is deem completed.

At Permit Works, our usual timeline for the initial drafting drawings review is 5 to 10 business days after we received your measurement. Following the first review, the time it takes for revisions can vary depending on the extent of changes needed. Typically, our revision process takes an additional 3 to 5 business days. We strive to provide efficient and thorough service to ensure all architectural plans meet our high standards and your specific needs.
